AUTHENTICITY
All items have been authenticated by our authenticating team. Authentication certificates can be included from a third party authentication company for a fee of $30 they will be signed by Entrupy (Entrupy.com).
SHIPPING
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $15.
All US packages are shipped with USPS Priority mail.
International shipping is a flat rate of $40. You will be responsible for any custom fees upon the arrival of your item.
If the item fails to be delivered and is returned to us you will be responsible to pay for re-delivery.
Your bag will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
All packages require signature.
We insure packages up to $100. If you would like additional coverage for your item please reach out to us . We are not responsible for lost packages.
RETURNS
Please carefully review all photos/ description of the item. You can also reach out to us via instagram @HollyClosetCase or email holly@hollyclosetcase.com for any additional information before purchasing. Returns are not accepted. All sales are final. For our safety we photograph and record all items during the packaging process. Cancellations are not accepted.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal as a payment method on our website. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. If PayPal is not a viable option for you, please note that we also accept Venmo and Zelle payments.
